Andreu Cruañas has been at the helm of Asempleo, Spain’s 73-member association of employment and temporary employment agencies, since its inception in 2013. Over the past year, Cruañas successfully led the association to secure unrestricted operation of temporary employment agencies in the public sector. Looking forward, Cruañas aims to advance the prestige of employment agencies in Spain, positioning them as essential human capital partners for companies and expanding their legal capabilities. Cruañas is also the secretary of labour for the Catalan government in Spain and a governing body member of the World Employment Confederation.
