Chris Heutink began his career as a recruiter at Randstad 32 years ago and progressed to leadership roles, including managing director for different Randstad markets. Since 2014, he has served as chief operating officer and a member of the executive board. Heutink’s main focus is on assisting clients and talent, aiming to deliver excellent staffing solutions and exceptional service while increasing opportunities. Notably, he takes pride in Randstad’s support of over 18,000 refugees in 2022 and its target to improve working lives of an additional 50,000 by 2025.
