Chief Executive Officer Hannah Haigh started her staffing and recruitment career in 2005 and founded Meet Recruitment, a life sciences staffing provider, in 2009. Haigh leads strategic change that has helped navigate big changes in the industry from 2022 to 2023 whilst delivering a value-creation plan for all stakeholders. Meet Recruitment is a founding member of Programme One, which was formed to address workplace inequality for Black talent within the recruitment industry. Haigh is also involved in women in business networks and fundraises for cancer charities that are close to her heart. She was an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award finalist in 2022.
