Rika Coppens embarked on her staffing career in 2017 as CEO of House of HR, a subsidiary of Accent. She achieved several milestones in 2022, including closing 16 acquisitions, welcoming a new majority shareholder — Bain Capital Private Equity. Coppens’ vision is to continue building on House of HR’s success and reputation as a talent powerhouse in Europe, connecting people to possibilities and shaping the world of tomorrow. She sits on several boards outside of work and also encourages companies to help disadvantaged people build career paths. Coppens was named by Belgium’s Trends magazine as Manager of the Year.
