Simon Blockley brings more than two decades of recruitment industry experience to his role as CEO of Impellam Global Managed Services. He now oversees Impellam Group’s Guidant Global, Comensura and Flexy brands, which together delivered £974.4 million in revenue in 2022, a 16% year-over-year increase. One of Blockley’s passions is championing workplace inclusivity. A leading example of this is acting as chair of the Employment Advisory Board for HM Prison Chelmsford, a team that aids transitioning people leaving prison into rewarding careers.
