Valérie Beaulieu-James joined The Adecco Group as chief sales and marketing officer and member of the executive committee in 2020. This year, she also became president of Pontoon Solutions, part of The Adecco Group. Previously, she was chief marketing officer for Microsoft US. Beaulieu-James has been VP of the French Foreign Trade Advisors since 2015 and a board member at Orange since May 2022. She is a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion, women in leadership, and closing the workplace gender gap. She has volunteered as a business mentor for organisations focused on fighting poverty through education, such as Gawad Kalinga and Passarelle Numeriques.
