Chairman and CEO Victorien Vaney has taken big strides to strengthen the position of Synergie globally. With more than 5,000 employees across 17 countries, Synergie recruits thousands of candidates every day and provides training that contributes to their employability. Under Vaney’s leadership, Synergie was awarded first place in Capital Magazine’s Diversity Champion’s list in the employment service category. In 2022, Synergie continued its international development with the acquisition of Interkadra in Poland and Runtime Group in Germany, to strengthen its position in those countries.
