Kate Donovan is ManpowerGroup Solutions’ senior VP in North America and global RPO president. ManpowerGroup Solutions RPO has been named a global leader by industry analyst Everest Research Group for eight consecutive years. Before joining ManpowerGroup in 2008, Donovan was a senior VP with Veritude, which she led into recruitment process outsourcing. Donovan has been named an HRO Superstar by the Human Resources Outsourcing Association. She writes for industry publications and speaks frequently about global workforce trends and recruiting best practices. Donovan also published “The Future of the HR Profession”, a study sponsored by the Society for Human Resource Management.
