As head of a family owned and managed business, CEO Johnathan Johnson believes relationships are key. In fact, some of the clients originally serviced when his father founded UK-based Fircroft in 1970 remain clients today, including two of the world’s biggest oil and gas companies. First established in the North Sea oil and gas industry, Fircroft has expanded into new sectors and new markets, and now works with more than 100 companies across a wide range of specialist technical sectors. Fircroft ranked third on SIA’s 2018 list of the world’s largest engineering staffing firms with US$983.6 million in 2017 global engineering staffing revenue.
