CEO of Randstad Germany since 2018, Richard Jager in January took on the additional role of CEO Randstad Group DACH. Randstad now has an active role in Germany’s Federal Employers’ Association of Personnel Service Providers and the German Association of Employers as well as in the lobbying circuit in political Berlin. Randstad Germany is the country’s leading personnel service provider with 2019 sales volume of nearly €2.1 billion; under Jager’s leadership it has gained market share for two years in a row in a heavy downturn market. Jager takes every opportunity to improve the image of the staffing industry in Germany.
