After 15 years as a regional manager in the recruitment industry, Jérôme Rieux joined Groupe Adéquat as sales director in 2005; he was appointed CEO in 2016. Its seven brands combined count more than 1,500 employees and 300 offices located throughout France, Belgium, Ireland, Canada and the Netherlands. With €1.06 billion in 2019 revenue, the independent company ranks 39th on SIA’s 2020 list of largest global staffing firms. Groupe Adéquat aims to develop in 10 countries over the next five years and be one of the largest 25 global staffing companies.
