In December 2017, Jilko Andringa was appointed CEO of Brunel International, a global provider of specialist workforce solutions. Under Andringa’s leadership, Brunel in December 2021 acquired Taylor Hopkinson, the global leader in renewable energy recruitment solutions. Andringa plans to further accelerate Brunel’s pro table growth development and drive a balanced ESG agenda, including better diversity in succession planning to foster equity in all levels of the organisation. His most recent position prior to Brunel was president, Northern Europe, of ManpowerGroup; he previously held management positions at Randstad. Andringa is also a member of the supervisory board of EW Facility Services.
