Ged Mason OBE, CEO of Morson Group, spearheads a diverse group of recruitment and design consultancy businesses that together comprise the seventh-largest staffing firm in the UK. Mason’s aims go beyond fiscal success as the group works actively to foster a legacy in STEM, founding the Morson STEM Foundation in 2022. With the Gerry Mason Engineering Scholarship, Morson Maker Space engineering centre and Go Beyond mentoring programme, Mason hopes to inspire young minds, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, encouraging them to believe in their own potential by providing opportunities to learn and shape their future in STEM.
