Under Shóna McManus’ leadership as CEO since 2013, Osborne Recruitment’s footprint has expanded to 10 offices that source talent from 26 countries for placements within 17 countries across all sectors. She earned a qualification in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in Ireland. McManus is co-chair of The Mill Enterprise Centre Board and a board member for Drogheda Port Co. This year, Osborne’s Blanchardstown operations was named Fingal Chamber’s SME Business of the Year while the Osborne Office and Secretarial Division won Best in Practice: Office & Secretarial award at the annual ERF awards. McManus recently led the launch of Osborne’s #ChangingLives campaign.
