Alistair Cox is group CEO of global recruitment agency Hays plc, having held that position since 2007. He is a chartered engineer with a degree in aeronautical engineering from the University of Salford. He also holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in California, US. Cox began his career at British Aerospace and eventually moved into staffing, having been appointed chief executive at Xansa plc, the IT outsourcing organisation, before joining Hays. He has also served as a non-executive director at 3i Plc and at Just Eat, and is currently chairman of the British and Irish Modern Music Institute.

Rosario Rasizza, CEO of Openjobmetis SpA, started his career in 1997 when he opened Temporary S.p.A. of Milan in Varese. In 2001, he led the launch of a new employment agency and contributed toward the creation of Openjob SpA. Between 2003 and 2011, he guided Openjob through a series of acquisitions. He has been chairman of Assosomm, the Italian Association of Employment Agencies, since 2013. In 2008, he was appointed Knight of the Italian Republic and in 2018 he became Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.

During his tenure, NES expanded its operations to 66 physical locations around the globe, expanded its sector focus, and grew its turnover to more than $1.8 billion. Most recently, he helped facilitate the September 2020 merger with technical recruitment firm Fircroft to form NES Fircroft, of which he remains COO. He first joined NES in 1995 as a recruiter.

From 2005 to 2017, Ramazza was president of Obiettivo Lavoro Group — this includes Italian staffing firm Obiettivo Lavoro, which was acquired by Randstad in 2016. He previously held leadership roles as HR director of large companies and covered public administration and political management positions.
