Norma Gillespie is CEO of Resource Solutions, which, as part of the Robert Walters Group, delivers workforce and advisory services to clients in over 60 countries. Gillespie joined the group in 2007 as an account director, rising rapidly through the business to become CEO in 2020. She actively supports DE&I and is an ally and advocate of women aspiring to leadership positions. Recently, Gillespie and her team launched Rejoin, a programme to get untapped talent back in the workplace following a career break. Additionally, Gillespie was featured on SIA’s 2020 Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing List.

Chris Heutink started his career with Randstad nv 30 years ago, and today he is a member of the global HR services company’s executive board. He oversees a number of countries in Europe and Asia and is also responsible for HR. He has held a number of leadership roles at the Netherlands-based firm, including managing director of Randstad Poland in 2004, director of operations in 2007, and appointment as managing director of Randstad Netherlands in 2009. Heutink says Randstad has been able to deliver in an extraordinary way during the Covid-19 pandemic in the past year.

Étienne Colella is chairman of Pixid Group, a France-headquartered VMS provider he founded in 2004. With more than 14 years of experience in the IT sector, Colella previously held several senior positions before entering his current role. Pixid provides a complete SaaS application, compliant with European regulation, for providing and using temporary staff and has developed its growth through acquisitions. After acquiring Amris (UK) in 2016, it bought The Internet Corp. (UK) in 2017 and Carerix (Netherlands) in 2018. Currently, Colella and his team are building a central online platform designed to connect a wide range of HR features.

Stephen Trigg is CEO of Hertfordshire, England-based staffing firm Quanta Consultancy Services, which he founded in 1992. The company has won several awards including the Queen’s Award for Enterprise – International Trade in 2016 and the Princess Royal Training Award in 2018, which honours employers whose training and skills development programmes have resulted in exceptional commercial benefits. Trigg has been leading his team safely through the ongoing Covid-19 crisis and has created business opportunities internationally, including in the US. Trigg also supports five local charities through multiple fundraising events. His recruitment career began in 1974 when he founded several companies before founding Quanta.

Thierry Geffroy is president and CEO of France based Samsic RH, which operates in more than 25 countries, has 93,000 employees, serves 30,000-plus customers and has a turnover of £2.6 billion. Geffroy joined the group in 1992. In 2010, he became the chairman of Samsic RH, the group’s human resources arm; he was appointed to his current role in 2019. Under Geffroy’s leadership, Samsic acquired a majority stake in recruitment services firm Sellick Partnership and made two acquisitions in Ireland and Morocco, its first expansion into the African continent. By retaining the legacy of Samsic’s history, Geffroy’s ambition is to double the company’s turnover by 2022.

Openjobmetis S.p.A. CEO Rosario Rasizza started his career in 1997 when he opened Temporary S.p.A. of Milan in Varese, Italy. In 2001, he led the launch of a new employment agency and contributed toward the creation of Openjob S.p.A. Between 2003 and 2011, he guided Openjob through a series of acquisitions. He has been chairman of Assosomm, the Italian Association of Employment Agencies, since 2013. In 2008, he was appointed Knight of the Italian Republic, and in 2018 he became Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
