Phil Sheridan is senior managing director, UK, Middle East and South America, at Robert Half International. Sheridan trained with Ernst & Young before joining Robert Half in 1996, where he focused on accounting and finance recruitment, progressing to regional director in 2000 and managing director in 2005. In 2018, he was also appointed as managing director of Protiviti, a subsidiary of Robert Half. His background in finance has been instrumental in developing and executing strategy, helping the business successfully navigate the challenges of recent years.

In 2005, Ged Mason became CEO of the Morson Group, which was founded by his father in 1969. The younger Mason originally joined Morson in 1986, following university and a role with a technical recruiter in Canada. In 2016, he received the Officer of the Order of the British Empire award, for services to engineering and design in the UK. Morson Group was floated on AIM in 2006 and taken private again in 2012. Morson has made a number of strategic acquisitions, including: Wynnwith (2011), Vital Human Resources (2013), The Bridge (IT Recruitment) in 2017 and CTSNA (North America) as well as Anderselite and Waldeck in 2018.

Farida Gibbs is founder and CEO of Gibbs Hybrid, which provides resourcing and consultancy solutions across the UK, EMEA and North America. She founded Gibbs, a globally certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise and Ethnic Minority-Owned Business, in 2005; under her leadership, the organisation’s Polish operation grew by 600% in 2020 and 2021. Gibbs supports the Women of the Future Ambassadors Programme and sits on the advisory board for Mosaic Prince’s Trust. She has won multiple awards and was named to SIA’s Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing list in 2021. Gibbs was also appointed to lead the UK government’s Supplier Diversity workstream.
