Annemarie Muntz is president of Ciett, the International Confederation of Private Employment Services, and its European counterpart Eurociett. She is an influential lobbyist in the European Union, representing the interests of agency work businesses. In addition to her roles at Ciett and Eurociett, Muntz is director group public affairs for Randstad. She also sits on the boards of CSR Europe, a European business network for corporate social responsibility, and SNCU, an organisation responsible for monitoring compliance with collective agreements in the Netherlands.

As CEO Randstad Group the Netherlands, Chris Heutink is responsible for Randstad Group’s operations in the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Japan, China, India, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. He began his career at Randstad as a consultant in the Netherlands in 1991. Various management positions followed until 2004, when he was promoted to managing director of Randstad Poland. After moving back to the Netherlands in 2007, he became director of operations. In 2009, Heutink was appointed managing director of Randstad Netherlands. Heutink was appointed to Randstad’s executive board in 2014.

Rob Zandbergen is the managing corporate executive officer at Recruit Holdings Co. Ltd. and CEO of RGF Staffing. He strives to make a material social impact in RGF Staffing’s local communities by providing mentoring schemes for disadvantaged groups, raising funds for LGBTQ+ charities and supporting local schools’ early career initiatives. Zandbergen’s team trained and hired many thousands of certified employees for testing and vaccination sites. The company also supports relief efforts for Ukraine and is helping refugees find work in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and France. RGF Staffing aims to be the world’s most sustainable staffing company by 2030.

Margriet Spijker is founder and managing director of Dutch staffing firm Timing, a part of the ADG services group. According to Staffing Industry Analysts, Timing was the fifth-largest staffing firm in the Netherlands in 2017. Spijker has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, having joined the company as a consultant in 1988 and holding various management positions, including deputy manager, before being appointed general manager in 2012.

Frits Goldschmeding founded Uitzendbureau Amstelveen in 1960, and in 1964 renamed it Randstad. Goldschmeding took Randstad public in 1990, and in 2008, merged it with the Dutch group Vedior. CEO until 1999 and a member of the supervisory board until 2011, Goldschmeding remains the largest shareholder. Goldschmeding has a doctorate from the VU University Amsterdam and was professor at the Centre for Entrepreneurship at Nyenrode Business University. He is founder and supervisory board member of the Goldschmeding Foundation.

In addition to her role as Randstad’s managing director, global public affairs, Annemarie Muntz until September was president of the World Employment Confederation, the voice of the employment industry at the global level. She has dedicated her professional life to broadening the recognition of the positive economic and social role that the HR services industry plays. Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, Muntz is particularly proud of this year’s launch of the “Safely Back to Work” initiative, an alliance spearheaded by Randstad NV, The Adecco Group and ManpowerGroup to enable companies and workers to return to work safely.

Jurriën Koops was appointed director of the Dutch Federation of Employment Agencies (ABU) in 2014, having joined the organisation in 2002. In addition to his work with ABU, Koops is also a board member of the Association of Payroll Companies (VPO) and chairman of the Foundation for Training and Development in the Flexible Staffing Industry (STOOF). Prior to joining ABU, Koops worked as a policy advisor for trade union CNV, which represents the interests of workers in construction, the industrial sector, transportation, food, and services. He was also a senior consultant for business development for Dutch staffing firm Start People, a USG People company.

An executive board member of Randstad since 2014, Chris Heutink oversees several countries in Europe and Asia and is also responsible for HR. The world’s largest staffing firm saw its most successful year yet in 2021 including helping more than 2 million people find jobs. Heutink is particularly proud of Randstad’s work helping refugees from the war in Ukraine, which includes a pledge to help 20,000 refugees with employability support over the next three years. In 2023, Heutink will take on the role of COO at Randstad.

Dimitri Yocarini is CEO and a majority shareholder of Olympia, the seventh-largest staffing firm in the Netherlands. He is also a board member of the Dutch Federation of Private Employment Agencies (ABU). Yocarini and the ABU board last year published research into the future of work in the Netherlands and what the labour market would look like in 2030. Yocarini sees the Dutch labour market becoming more unbalanced in terms of labour supply and demand but says the goal of the temporary employment sector is to contribute to a “balanced and vital” labour market. He hopes the research will lead to discussions that will inform future strategy.

A certified auditor, Robert Jan van de Kraats joined Randstad in 2001 as CFO. Van de Kraats was appointed as vice-chairman of the executive board in 2006. He is responsible for Japan, India, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. In addition, he is responsible for group finance and accounting, tax, treasury, business risk and audit, legal, IT and investor relations. He is also a board member of OCI NV, a member of the supervisory board of Schiphol Group, and a member of the monitoring committee of the Dutch Corporate Governance Code.
