Thibault Lefebvre is CEO of Grafton Recruitment and a member of the board of Grafton Employment Group. Lefebvre also oversees the expansion of the group in Europe. Prior to join Grafton Recruitment in 2013, Lefebvre spent most of his career in the recruitment industry. In 2004 he joined as a consultant Michael Page in Switzerland, in 2006 he launched the operations in Russia and in 2009 was appointed managing director of Switzerland. In 2011, he became regional managing director of Michael Page for all Eastern Europe. Previously, Lefebvre held executive financial roles in Valeo, Gucci and Richmond Group.
