Tobias Read was appointed CEO of Swift Worldwide Resources in August 2010. With more than a decade of experience in the staffing industry, Read has helped develop Swift into one of the world’s largest suppliers of talent to the oil and gas sector. Based in Houston, he is a frequent visitor to Swift’s customers and operations in all Swift’s global locations. Prior to working with Swift, he was CEO of Talascend, a successful global engineering recruitment agency based out of the UK and Houston.
