Last year, Victorien Vaney became CEO and chairman of the management board at Synergie, a Paris-based staffing firm that ranks as the 18th-largest in the world. The company operates in 17 countries and has 770 branches. He became a member of the company’s supervisory board in 2020. In 2021, Synergie increased its stake in DCS Easyware, a digital services company based in Lyon, France, to 100% from 66%. DCS operates in France, Belgium and Spain. In 2019, Synergie acquired Australia-based staffing firm Entire Recruitment; acquired Pamplona, Spain-based Tigloo (it had acquired a majority stake in 2018); and set up business in China.
