Co-CEO Juan Urdiales co-founded Job&Talent in 2009 with Felipe Navío with the goal of reducing youth unemployment in Spain, which at the time was a staggering 25%. Today, the company is a world-leading marketplace for essential workplace solutions across 10 countries, tearing down the barriers to job searching and hiring through the power of technology. Urdiales spends his time outside of work as a dedicated mentor to entrepreneurs and an angel investor with over 30 investments. He graduated with a master’s in law and business and launched his first business while still at university.
