Patrick Tiessen is chief executive officer of Nétive VMS B.V., which he co-founded in 2003. In addition to vendor management, the Netherlands-based company provides services such as freelancer management and statement-of-work to more than 200 contingent workforce programs in 13 countries across EMEA and the Americas. The group focuses on creating software to support all facets of recruiting, selecting, contracting and managing permanent and temporary employees. Nétive is a partner of JINC and its Boss of Tomorrow programme, which provides a taste of professional success to children growing up in socio-economically disadvantaged areas.
