Peter Searle rejoined Adecco in October 2009 as regional head of U.K. and Ireland. He firstjoined the Adecco Group with its 1999 acquisition of The Delphi Group, of which he was group managing director. Searle was responsible for Adecco’s Ajilon offices in Europe and APAC. In 2005, he became CEO of Adecco UK. From 2006, he was CEO of Spring Group, which was acquired by Adecco in 2009. Peter Searle holds an honours degree in business and a post-graduate diploma in marketing.

As SVP, EMEA markets and operations, Manuel Roger is responsible for Beeline’s operations in Europe. He joined Adecco Group in 1998 as an international IT project manager, where he was responsible for front-office solutions, online testing, and e-commerce platforms. In 2002, Roger became an IT international procurement manager for Adecco Group. In 2014, he became Adecco Group global procurement director and successfully developed Adecco Group’s global procurement department. Roger served as Adecco Group’s LATAM zone finance director from 2009 to 2011. He then became SVP international product management at Beeline to expand Beeline’s product and service offerings outside of North America.

Martin Weiß is the co-founder and managing director of ZAG Zeitarbeit, headquartered in Hanover, Germany. In 2007, Weiß founded the non-profit ZAG foundation Pro Chance, which supports the young and disadvantaged in various projects. Founded in 1984, ZAG Zeitarbeit operates more than 100 branches, employs more than 10,000 workers with approximately 17,000 client companies. With turnover of €280 million in 2012, ZAG Zeitarbeit is one of the 10 largest staffing companies in Germany. It is a member of the BAP Federal Employers’ Association of Personnel Services.

Chaplin is the author of the Contractors’ Handbook, Third Edition and more recently IR35 & Off-Payroll – Explained. He assists with IR35 tax tribunals, has consulted on many occasions for HMRC and advises politicians and government bodies on freelance tax matters. He is prolifically quoted in the trade and national press.

In 2001, Tual co-founded the firm with his father, Gérard Tual, from the merger of their respective staffing firms. In 2016, Actual successfully integrated a number of recent acquisitions and grew its revenue by 50%.

Claude Guedj, a pioneer and innovator in the French staffing industry, has been chairman and CEO of Groupe CRIT since 2002. He founded the company in 1962 when it was known as Industrial and Technical Research Centre, an office of studies and calculations serving the mechanical, electrical and computer industries. The group then expanded its service offerings to temporary work. Guedj was first appointed to the board in 1969. Under his management, the group rose to rank among the five largest staffing firms in France, and the largest 20 globally. In 2017, the group reported revenue of €2.42 billion.

In December 2017, Jilko Andringa was appointed CEO of Brunel International, a global provider of specialist workforce solutions. Under Andringa’s leadership, Brunel in December 2021 acquired Taylor Hopkinson, the global leader in renewable energy recruitment solutions. Andringa plans to further accelerate Brunel’s pro­ table growth development and drive a balanced ESG agenda, including better diversity in succession planning to foster equity in all levels of the organisation. His most recent position prior to Brunel was president, Northern Europe, of ManpowerGroup; he previously held management positions at Randstad. Andringa is also a member of the supervisory board of EW Facility Services.
