Rosario Rasizza, CEO of Openjobmetis, started his career in 1997 when he opened Temporary S.p.A. of Milan in Varese. In 2001, he guided the launch of a new employment agency and contributed toward the creation of Openjob S.p.A. Between 2003 and 2011, he guided Openjob through a series of acquisitions. In 2008, he was appointed Knight of the Italian Republic as well as chairman of the Italian Association of Employment Agencies. In 2015, CRIBIS D&B awarded Rating 1 to Openjobmetis, recognising the company at the highest level of economic and financial reliability — and in 2017, it further upgraded its rating to a CRIBIS Prime Company. In 2017, the group reported revenue of €583.9 million.

Isabelle Eynaud-Chevalier was appointed general manager of Prism’emploi, the French association of employment agencies, in May 2018. Prior to Prism’emploi, she was deputy director general strategy and social innovation for Lee Hecht Harrison-Altedia. Eynaud-Chevalier began her career with the Ministry of Labour and Employment in 1991. She then joined the human resources department of the Ministry of Culture and Communication. Throughout her more than 20 years’ work within the French government, she held various positions in the fields of employment, vocational training and human resources management.
Stefano Colli-Lanzi is founder and CEO of Gi Group. The firm ranks among the globe’s largest staffing providers, operating directly in 28 countries with a partner network in 57 additional countries. Gi Group last year acquired Grafton Recruitment Europe Holding Ltd., a staffing provider in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary; and Marks Sattin, a player in financial services recruitment. Gi Group reported worldwide turnover increased 15% year over year in 2018 to €2.3 billion. Colli-Lanzi is also a professor of business administration at University Cattolica in Milan.
Under Shóna McManus’ leadership as CEO since 2013, Osborne Recruitment’s footprint has expanded to 10 offices that source talent from 26 countries for placements within 17 countries across all sectors. She earned a qualification in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in Ireland. McManus is co-chair of The Mill Enterprise Centre Board and a board member for Drogheda Port Co. This year, Osborne’s Blanchardstown operations was named Fingal Chamber’s SME Business of the Year while the Osborne Office and Secretarial Division won Best in Practice: Office & Secretarial award at the annual ERF awards. McManus recently led the launch of Osborne’s #ChangingLives campaign.
Daniel Augereau is chairman and CEO of Synergie, the sixth-largest staffing firm in France. In 2018, the group reported revenue of €2.5 billion with international operations representing more than 50% of Synergie’s revenue during the year. Augereau trained as a technical blue-collar worker in the aeronautic industry and soon after founded his first staffing firm, Europe Technique Assistance, in 1969. After merging with another staffing firm 10 years later, the company rebranded as Synergie. It has continued to expand throughout Europe and operates in Canada and Australia. The firm’s future growth plans include possible acquisitions in the Nordic countries and Eastern Europe.
Steve Russell is group chief executive of Bond International Software, a provider of specialist staffing software for recruitment agencies worldwide. During Russell’s career in software development, he has held a number of senior management positions, including group managing director of Scan Data International plc. Russell formed the company, which then acquired a controlling interest in Bond Associates Ltd. in 1988. On the acquisition of Bond Associates Inc., he became the group’s chief executive, and following a successful flotation on AIM, became CEO.
Following leadership roles with Guidant Global, AMS and Rullion, Melanie Forbes launched Apsco OutSource in January 2021 and serves as the organisation’s managing director. Under her leadership, Apsco OutSource members have worked with Apsco UK recruitment members to create guiding principles which outline best practice expectations across the entire talent supply programme and specify ways to continuously improve innovation and collaboration between outsource providers and staffing companies. CEO of Gattaca plc since April, Matthew Wragg has been an integral part of the company for over two decades. As the previous chief customer officer, Wragg has been instrumental in sustaining long-term relationships with Gattaca’s key customers and shaping its global cultural and sales strategy, including the vision to make Gattaca the talent partner of choice for organisations requiring STEM talent. Wragg is also a member of the advisory board at the Institute for Collaborative Working and has held positions at several universities and the Confederation of British Industry.
