He joined Adecco Group in 1998 as an international IT project manager, where he was responsible for front-office solutions, online testing, and e-commerce platforms. In 2002, Roger became an IT international procurement manager and consultant for Adecco Group. Later he created and directed Adecco Group’s global procurement department. Roger served as Adecco Group’s LATAM zone finance director from 2009 to 2011, then became SVP international product management at Beeline to develop Beeline’s product and service offerings outside the US.

Most recently, the group opened in Morocco, attracting and retaining talent in addition to developing a panel of digital HR solutions for its 45,000 clients. Prepared to witness a turnover of €3 billion in 2021, Proman will also be the official recruiter of the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
