Jean-Marc Brun is the CEO of the French staffing group Adequat, a family-run company he founded in 1987. He has grown the business to rank among the 10 largest staffing firms in France. In the past ten 10, years the company’s revenue increase by a staggering average compound annual rate of 17%. In 1999, Brun founded the Domitis network, an innovative structure that enables member staffing companies to provide services nationwide to large accounts.
As CEO of Upwork, Stephane Kasriel drives the company’s vision of connecting businesses with talent faster than ever. The third-largest company by human cloud spend, Upwork boasts more than 5 million company clients and 12 million freelancers. Kasriel first joined the company as a result of the merger with oDesk in 2012, and was responsible for building and leading the company’s global engineering team as senior VP of engineering. Kasriel also co-chairs the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Education, Gender and Work.
As SVP, EMEA markets and operations, Manuel Roger is responsible for all sales and operations in the EMEA region at Beeline. He joined Adecco Group in 1998 as an international IT project manager, where he was responsible for front-office solutions, online testing, and e-commerce platforms. In 2002, Roger became an IT international procurement manager and consultant for Adecco Group. Later he created and directed Adecco Group’s global procurement department. Roger served as Adecco Group’s LATAM zone finance director from 2009 to 2011, then became SVP international product management at Beeline to develop Beeline’s product and service offerings outside the US.
Roland Gomez runs Proman, one of the largest European players in the temporary employment market. He joined the family group in 1993 and held several positions before becoming CEO in 2003. With a turnover of €2.4 billion in 2020, Gomez led the group to a 9% progression compared to 2019. Most recently, the group opened in Morocco, attracting and retaining talent in addition to developing a panel of digital HR solutions for its 45,000 clients. Prepared to witness a turnover of €3 billion in 2021, Proman will also be the official recruiter of the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
