CIO of The Adecco Group since January 2020 and a member of the executive committee since January 2021, Ralf Weissbeck is responsible for the company’s corporate IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture and global solution delivery management. He joined the global staffing giant in February 2019 as chief technology officer and senior VP. His career has spanned more than 16 years of IT leadership experience inside global organisations, and prior to joining the group, he held executive IT roles at Deutsche Post DHL and Maersk. He was most recently CIO at APM Terminals.

Dominik de Daniel joined the Adecco Group as CFO in 2006, following Adecco’s acquisition of DIS DeutscherIndustrie Service AG. De Daniel was a bank trainee at Deutsche Bank AG before completing vocational studies in banking and business administration at the Bankakademie. Starting in 1993, he worked for Deutsche Bank in Germany in various roles, including stock analyst. De Daniel joined DIS AG in 2000, and was appointed to the executive board in 2001 with responsibility for investor relations, M&A and strategic controlling. He became CFO in 2002.

Jan Gupta this year assumed the newly created role of global head of Modis, The Adecco Group’s IT, engineering and life science staffing and solutions division. He also joined Adecco’s executive committee. A German national, Gupta’s experience includes managing global teams in engineering and technology businesses and an academic background in mechanical engineering and economics. His career spans more than 20 years in the technology industry, most recently as COO and board member of Schunk Group, a German advanced engineering company. He previously held various senior leadership roles at the Freudenberg Group, including leading several of its global divisions.

Sebastian Lazay became president of the Federal Employers’ Association of Staffing Services (BAP) in 2017 after serving as vice resident since 2011. BAP represents the interests of the personnel services and temporary employment industry in Germany. Lazay is also managing director of Hamburg-based Extra-Personalservice GmbH, and has been closely involved with temporary work for more than 20 years. For many years, Lazay also participated in collective bargaining for temporary employment. Lazay is a member of the executive committee of the BGA, the Federal Association of Wholesale, Foreign Trade, Services, and since 2015, he has been vice president of large-scale services for the BGA.
