Annemarie Muntz is president of the World Employment Confederation, the voice of the employment industry at the global level, representing labour-market enablers in 50 countries and seven of the largest international workforce solutions companies. She chaired its European counterpart, WEC-Europe, from 2005 to 2018. She is an influential lobbyist in the international arena representing the interests of the employment and recruitment industry at large. In addition to her role at WEC, Muntz is managing director of global public affairs for Randstad. She is cochair of the B20 Employment & Education Taskforce, coordinates the IBA Global Employment Institute’s Advisory Board and sits on the board of CSR Europe.

Valerie Beaulieu joined The Adecco Group as chief sales and marketing officer and member of the executive committee in November 2020. Before joining The Adecco Group, Beaulieu was chief marketing officer for Microsoft US, leading the marketing function across the region’s B2B portfolio. Her career at Microsoft spanned 23 years, where she held various senior leadership roles across North America, Asia and Europe. Since January 2015, Beaulieu has been VP of the French Foreign Trade Advisors, a voluntary position through which she promotes France’s economic presence around the world. She has also volunteered as a business mentor for nonprofits and foundations.

Carl Camden is president and CEO of Kelly Services, one of the largest staffing firms in the world and in Europe, although the company has reduced its European network in recent years. Having earned a doctorate by the age of 25, Camden has been a marketing executive for a bank holding company, co-president of an advertising agency and co-founder of a behavioural research group. He is also a tenured university professor. A recipient of numerous awards throughout his career, Camden is a member of The Committee for Economic Development (CED), the Business Roundtable, and also serves as a director of Temp Holdings, Co. Ltd.

Nicola McQueen has worked in the recruitment industry for 18 years, joining Capita as a recruitment consultant in 1999. By 2010 she was appointed as managing director of Capita Resourcing and has significantly grown the business, launching new services internationally and integrating strategic acquisitions to enhance the existing proposition. In 2016, McQueen was appointed as executive director of the workplace services division, which includes all HR and recruitment businesses and responsibility for the Recruiting Partnering Project, Capita’s partnership with the Ministry of Defense to recruit into the British Army. At 36, McQueen is also the youngest person to be appointed to Capita’s executive management board.

François Béharel is president and CEO of Randstad for France. He joined VediorBis in 1999 as a regional director in the North of France. He had just become CEO of the Vedior group in France when he was appointed president and CEO of the newly combined Randstad Group France in 2009. In 2012, the supervisory board of Randstad appointed Béharel to the executiveboard for an initial four-year term.

Prior to join Grafton Recruitment in 2013, Lefebvre spent most of his career in the recruitment industry. In 2004 he joined as a consultant Michael Page in Switzerland, in 2006 he launched the operations in Russia and in 2009 was appointed managing director of Switzerland. In 2011, he became regional managing director of Michael Page for all Eastern Europe. Previously, Lefebvre held executive financial roles in Valeo, Gucci and Richmond Group.

She also introduced the accredited certificate in recruitment practice to the Irish recruitment industry. King envisions a full academic career path for recruitment. She led the NRF to develop the first-ever undergraduate degree for recruiters, which will be available as of January 2020. Her mission is to have an accredited academic career path to the master’s level, making recruitment a career of choice on the prospectus of third-level institutions. In 2018, she was awarded the James Kilbaine award for outstanding contribution to the recruitment industry.

Turnover is over £275 million and in any week more than 30,000 workers are using a giant personal web portal.

Johnathan Johnson is the chief executive officer of Fircroft. Johnson joined Fircroft in 1997 as a consultant and was promoted to operations director for the IT, commercial and rail sectors in 2001. Since taking the helm in 2005 from his father and company founder John Johnson, he has overseen the global expansion of the company. Fircroft now operates in more than 60 countries and reported an annual turnover of £898 million in 2013. Johnson was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2011 in the globalisation category.
