Oktay Erciyaz was promoted to CEO of the Trenkwalder Group AG in May 2017. In 2017, the group had an annual turnover of €800 million with 50,000 employees and 200 offices worldwide. In addition to managing Trenkwalder Group AG, he focuses on sales, growth and business development. Erciyaz, an MBA, has more than 23 years of executive experience in international corporate and business development. He started his career at Preussag AG and held leadership positions for various units of the Bertelsmann Group, including country CEO positions in BeNeLux, Portugal and Turkey, as well as group-level executive vice president positions for corporate development and M&A.

Carl Camden is president and CEO of Kelly Services, the fifth-largest staffing firm in the world and the 10th largest in Europe, although the company has reduced its European network in recent years. Having earned a doctorate by the age of 25, Camden has been a marketing executive for a bank holding company, co-president of an advertising agency and co-founder of a behavioural research group. He is also a tenured university professor. A recipient of numerous awards throughout his career, Camden is a big supporter of mandated health benefits for temporary workers. He is a member of The Business Roundtable and an executive committee member of the Committee for Economic Development.

Rob Zandbergen serves as the managing corporate executive officer at Recruit Holdings Co. Ltd. and heads its global staffing business unit, RGF Staffing. With annual revenue of approximately US$12 billion, Recruit is the fourth-largest staffing firm in the world. Driven by wanting to help the global community, Zandbergen and his team took a proactive role in slowing the spread of Covid-19 by training and hiring thousands of certified employees at the testing and vaccination sites in addition to providing mentoring schemes for disadvantaged groups, raising funds for LGBTQ+ charities and supporting local schools in their early career support initiatives.

He trained with Ernst & Young before he joined Robert Half in 1996, where he focused on accounting and finance recruitment, progressing to regional director in 2000 and managing director in 2005. His background in finance has been instrumental in developing and executing strategy, helping the business successfully navigate the challenges of recent years.

Rob Zandbergen was appointed CEO of USG People in 2010, having served as the company’s CFO since 2005. Zandbergen was CFO of Belgian staffing group Solvus between 2003 and 2005, when the company was acquired by USG People. In addition to his work at USG People, Zandbergen is a member of the supervisory board of the Dutch Flower Group and was appointed to the supervisory board of Dutch energy company Eneco Holding in March 2015.

He became managing director of U.K. operations in 2005 and was appointed chief executive in 2006.

Di Maio is a board member of Ebitemp and an executive committee member of the World Employment Confederation – Europe.

Phil Brakewell, VP of executive search at WilsonHCG, started in staffing when he was just 18 years old. After graduating university, Brakewell held roles in staffing and RPO before joining WilsonHCG in 2018. In the last year, Brakewell helped WilsonHCG launch a research centre in Romania. A mentor through and through, he enjoys the opportunity as VP to help shape the company’s up-and-comers in executive search. Looking ahead, Brakewell plans to help WilsonHCG further develop its sector and regional focus within executive search and continue to grow headcount across the world.

Roland Gomez runs Proman, one of the largest European players in the temporary employment market. He joined the family group in 1993 and held several positions before becoming CEO in 2003. With a turnover of €2.4 billion in 2020, Gomez led the group to a 9% progression compared to 2019. Most recently, the group opened in Morocco, attracting and retaining talent in addition to developing a panel of digital HR solutions for its 45,000 clients. Prepared to witness a turnover of €3 billion in 2021, Proman will also be the official recruiter of the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
