Sebastian Lazay has been president of the Federal Employers’ Association of Staffing Services (BAP) since 2017 after serving as vice president since 2011. Lazay is also managing director of Hamburg-based Extra- Personalservice GmbH, and has been closely involved with temporary work for more than 20 years. For many years, he also participated in collective bargaining for temporary employment. Lazay is a member of the executive committee of the BGA, the Federal Association of Wholesale, Foreign Trade, Services, and since 2015, he has been vice president of large-scale services for the BGA.

CIO of The Adecco Group since January 2020 and a member of the executive committee since January 2021, Ralf Weissbeck is responsible for the company’s corporate IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture and global solution delivery management. His career has spanned more than 16 years of IT leadership experience inside global organisations, and prior to joining the group, he held executive IT roles at Deutsche Post DHL and Maersk. He was most recently CIO at APM Terminals.

As CEO of Irish professional services firm Org, Seb O’Connell is spearheading the provision of integrated solutions across advisory, resourcing and delivery to client companies. Org comprises recruitment firm Morgan McKinley, Org Advisory and BPO provider Abtran. Prior to joining Org, O’Connell was president of Global Markets at Cielo Talent and also held a leadership role at Randstad Sourceright as managing director to drive their outsourcing strategy. O’Connell entered the staffing industry in 1997 joining Computer Weekly. He then moved in 1998 to Elan IT (now part of Experis), and in 2001 he arrived at the Spring Group.

Alain Roumilhac joined ManpowerGroup in May 2011 as managing director, Experis & ManpowerGroup Solutions for Southern Europe and was appointed regional president of ManpowerGroup France in 2012. His experience was key in accelerating the execution of its differentiation and diversification strategy in the region. Passionate about skills development, labour market policy and developing tomorrow’s talent, Roumilhac is a member of MEDEF (the French business movement), on the board of Prism’emploi (the French business federation of staffing firms) and is actively engaged in Tech for Good, a multi-sector initiative to build a diverse and educated tech workforce.

Étienne Colella is chairman of PIXID Group, a VMS provider headquartered in France. The firm, which he founded in 2004, offers an SaaS application compliant with the European regulation for providing and using temporary staff. In 2015, private equity fund Keensight Capital took a majority stake in the company to help it become a leading player in the European market. PIXID bought The Internet Corp. (UK) in 2017 and Carerix (Netherlands) in 2018 to strengthen its value proposition by adding a sourcing component and expanding its operations in Europe. Previously, Colella spent 14 years in the IT industry in various senior positions. Colella graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris.

Adrian Gunn is CEO of Matchtech Group plc. He was appointed to the board in 2004 as business development director. Gunn became CEO shortly after the group floatedon AIM. He joined Matchtech as a recruitment consultant in 1988. Gunn is a fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and is a member of the CBI’s Employment and Skills Board.

Before he joined ManpowerGroup, Roumilhac was CEO of the French IT Management services firm Osiatis, and previously spent 20 years in various positions in IBM, the latest being vice president of business lines, IBM Global Services West Region.

Van den Broek joined Randstad in 1988 as a branch manager and has held various position at the company throughout his career. He was appointed to the executive board in 2004.
