Daniel Augereau is chairman and CEO of Synergie, the sixth-largest staffing firm in France. He trained as a technical blue-collar worker in the aeronautic industry and soon after founded his first staffing firm, Europe Technique Assistance, in 1969. Ten years later, the company merged with another staffing firm, Sidergie, resulting in the launch of the Synergie brand. In 2016, the company reported a double-digit revenue growth rate, spurred by strong performances both in its home market and abroad.

Francesco Baroni was named country manager of Gi Group Italia in 2019. Herwig Muyldermans is the general director of Federgon, the Belgian staffing association. He plays a central role in negotiating with the Belgian government and its social partners on behalf of the Belgian staffing industry. His perseverance is helping result in the removal of one of the last restrictions to temporary agency work in the country; the federal government announced in 2014 that staffing providers would be able to provide services to the public sector, and the Flemish government echoed the decision in 2016. Before joining the association in 1990, Muyldermans occupied senior positions at the Belgian association representing the clothing industry.

Claude Guedj has been chairman and CEO of Groupe CRIT since 2002. He founded the company in 1962 and was first appointed to the board in 1969. Guedj is considered a pioneer and innovator in the French staffing industry. Under his management, Groupe CRIT rose to the top five largest staffing firms in France, and top 20 globally. In 2015, Groupe CRIT largely outpaced the French market and boosted its operations in Spain and the United States.

Before joining Randstad, Gatzke distinguished himself as an expert in the restructuring and reorganisation of leading companies in the logistics industry in Germany and Europe. Stephen Trigg is CEO of Hertfordshire, England-based staffing firm Quanta Consultancy Services, which he founded in 1992. The company has won several awards including the Queen’s Award for Enterprise – International Trade in 2016 and the Princess Royal Training Award in 2018, which honours employers whose training and skills development programmes have resulted in exceptional commercial benefits. Trigg has been leading his team safely through the ongoing Covid-19 crisis and has created business opportunities internationally, including in the US. Trigg also supports five local charities through multiple fundraising events. His recruitment career began in 1974 when he founded several companies before founding Quanta.

Étienne Colella is CEO of PIXID, a VMS provider headquartered in France, which he founded in 2004. The firm offers an SAAS application compliant with the French regulation for providing and using temporary staff. In 2015, private equity fund Keensight Capital took a majority stake in the company to help it become a leading VMS in the European market. PIXID bought Internet Corp. in January 2017 to start deploying its services to the UK market. Previously, Colella spent 14 years in the IT industry in various senior positions. Colella graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
