Mark Verstraete is the managing director of t-groep, the sixth-largest staffing firm in Belgium and the 31st-largest in Europe with operations in the Netherlands and Poland. In 2008, Verstraete led the acquisition of the Dutch privately held human resource company Luba by t-groep, starting its international expansion and strengthening its position in the Benelux market for personnel services. In 2016, the t-groep management, alongside investor Gilde Buy Out Partners, acquired all the remaining shares held by the Flemish government. Verstraete currently sits at the management board of Federgon, the Belgian staffing association, as president of the Temporary Agency Work Commission.

Bernard Zen-Ruffinen is president, Europe, Middle East and Africa, for Korn Ferry, which he joined in 2009. From 2000 to 2009, he was the Swiss managing partner for Heidrick & Struggles and European head of the board and CEO practice. Previously, he served as president and CEO of DHL/ Danzas Latin America, a company belonging to Deutsche Post World Net group. In the 1990s, he was a founding member of Precious Woods and more recently was a founder of Monarca Coffee Wood, two companies dedicated to counteracting the effect of deforestation and global warming. Zen-Ruffinen is the 2013 recipient of the AESC European Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Executive Search Profession.

Annemarie Muntz is president of the World Employment Confederation, representing labour-market enablers in 50 countries and seven of the largest international workforce solutions companies. She also chairs its European counterpart, WEC-Europe. She is an influential lobbyist at the global level and at the European Union, representing the interests of the employment and recruitment industry at large. In addition to her roles at WEC, Muntz is managing director of group public affairs for Randstad Holding. She also sits on the board of CSR Europe, a European network for sustainable businesses.

Nicola McQueen has worked in the recruitment industry for 19 years, joining Capita as a recruitment consultant in 1999. By 2010, she was appointed as managing director of Capita Resourcing and significantly grew the business, launching new services internationally and integrating strategic acquisitions to enhance the existing proposition.

In 2016, McQueen was appointed as executive director of the Workplace Services division, which includes all HR and recruitment businesses and responsibilities for the Recruiting Partnering Project — Capita’s partnership with the MOD to recruit into the British Army.

Earlier this year, McQueen led a management buyout of Capita’s specialist recruitment businesses, Affinity Workforce, now one of the largest privately owned, public service recruitment specialists in the UK.

Kevin Green is CEO of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the professional body for the UK’s £35.1 billion recruitment industry. Green joined the REC in 2008, having been HR director at Royal Mail Letters division, where he was responsible for all people-related issues for the business with its 165,000 employees. The REC is committed to raising recruitment standards and highlighting excellence throughout the industry. It has more than 3,350 corporate members and 9,600 individual members within the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, all of whom must abide by a code of professional practice.

John L. Marshall III has led Adecco’s North America, UK & Ireland, professional staffing region since April 2017. He was the regional head of UK & Ireland from October 2015 to March 2017.

Marshall was a practicing attorney with King & Spalding and AT&T before he joined MPS Group in 1998. He started as deputy general counsel with an emphasis on acquisitions and public company reporting. He was promoted to president of Special Counsel in 2001 and named president of Accounting Principals in 2006. Adecco named Marshall president of its US finance, office and legal business unit after it acquired MPS Group in 2010.

A certified auditor, Robert Jan van de Kraats joined Randstad in 2001 as CFO. Van de Kraats was appointed vice chairman of the executive board in 2006. In addition, he is responsible for group finance and accounting, tax, treasury, business risk and audit, legal, IT and investor relations. He is also a board member of OCI NV, a member of the supervisory board of Schiphol Group, and a member of the monitoring committee of the Dutch Corporate Governance Code.

Jérôme Caille is the former CEO of Accent Jobs as well as its parent company, the House of HR. He currently sits on the board. Accent Jobs was founded in 1995 and provides temp-to-perm services with one of the largest specialized branch networks in Belgium. The House of HR operates six specialized HR companies: Accent Jobs (temp-to-perm), Just Work (payrolling), Home Maid, Logi-Technic (outsourcing), Bekaert Technics (secondment) and Peak6 (HR consultancy). Under Caille’s leadership, the company gained market share in Belgium and the Netherlands, and developed operations in France, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland and Romania. Caille also served as global CEO of Adecco from 2002 to 2006.
