Prior to AMS, Leigh was CEO and executive chair at international education company Study Group and CEO at talent assessment provider SHL. Leigh is also a non-executive director of research provider Third Bridge and a trustee of Action for ME.

The group’s expansion has included 16 countries, and in 2022 she led Kelly’s exit from the Russian market following the Ukraine invasion. Koolhaas’ current focus is leading a digital transformation that when complete will revolutionise the business model and service delivery for her teams.

President Alexandre Pham founded digital staffing provider Mistertemp’ group in France in 2009 and has since expanded into Italy. Mistertemp has more than 55,000 job seekers on its platform. Under Pham’s leadership, Mistertemp’ became one the first staffing firms in France to integrate AI and ChatGPT into the job offer process. After developing Mistertemp’ in Italy, Pham hopes to expand further. Mistertemp’ joined the French association PAQTE (Pact with Neighborhoods for All Businesses), which works to improve economic and social inclusion for disadvantaged areas, and developed a partnership with Proxite, an association promoting employment in underprivileged urban areas.

Maria Raffaella Caprioglio joined Umana S.p.A. in 1998 and has been its president since 2012. Serving diverse industry services, Umana is Italy’s fifth-largest staffing firm with 145 branches. At the age of 23, Caprioglio joined what was then known as the Industrial Association for the province of Venice, becoming the first woman to hold office within that organisation. Caprioglio is a member of the Italian Industry Association’s General Council, Education Committee and Industrial Relations Committee. Caprioglio backs the growing support for companies increasing trained and contracted individuals yearly. Her goal is to attract more women to STEM industries.
