Patrick Tiessen is founder and CEO of Nétive VMS, the largest VMS provider based on Salesforce.com in the Benelux. Founded in 2003, Nétive started with two customers and has grown to more than 200 customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Finland and the UK. Nétive focuses on creating the best possible cloud software to manage contingent workforces and recruit permanent staff within one single solution. Before Nétive, Tiessen worked as international IT manager at Kelly Services for eight years. In 2010, Nétive acquired Brightbox HR, the first freelancer management system in Europe, and in 2012 it acquired a VMS solution for SAP customers.

In 2010, he took over as managing director for Switzerland. Jager notes that during the pandemic, the main focus was on maintaining and securing as many jobs as possible. Jager also serves on Randstad’s global advisory board. With the DACH region having returned to its 2019 level, Randstad is again focused on extending market share. In addition to Randstad, Jager is a member of the advisory board at Nyenrode Business University in Breukelen, Netherlands.

In December 2013, van Alphen Sr. passed the day-to-day running of the business to his son, Wessel van Alphen Jr., who is director of De Staffing Groep, the parent company of IT-Staffing.

Annemarie Muntz is president of the World Employment Confederation, the voice of the employment industry at the global level. In 2018, she co-chaired the B20 Employment & Education Taskforce where she was a prominent voice in discussions concerning diverse forms of work in the labour market. She had a key role in driving change in the language used to refer to employment contracts, specifically removing the term “non-standard” within the international institutional employers’ community, which includes the International Organisation of Employers OE and the WEC. She previously chaired WEC-Europe from 2005 to 2018. Muntz is also managing director of global public affairs for Randstad and sits on the board of CSR Europe.

Hans Leentjes joined ManpowerGroup’s executive management team as the executive VP, president of Northern Europe, in January 2011. Previous to this appointment he was the head of ManpowerGroup’s EMEA central region. Leentjes joined ManpowerGroup in 2005 as country manager of the Netherlands, leading the company through a successful new branding implementation, a more client-centric and solution-driven sales approach and the acquisition of Vitae, among other achievements. Leentjes was a board member of ABU, the Dutch association of temporary work agencies, for five years. In May 2014, Leentjes was elected as VP of CIETT, the International Confederation of Private Employment Services.

Based in Switzerland, Koolhaas is focused on driving growth strategies across Kelly operations in Europe, Russia, Mexico and Brazil. Last year, under Koolhaas’ leadership, Kelly successfully executed Kelly Anywhere, a programme designed in 2019 to adopt remote working wholly. Koolhaas was recognized by SIA on its Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing 2020 list and serves on the board of the World Employment Confederation.
