In February 2015, Stefano Scabbio was appointed president of Mediterranean Southern Europe Region. Scabbio joined ManpowerGroup in September 2003 as financial director of Italy. In 2006 he was appointed managing director of ManpowerGroup Italy and shortly after he became president. In 2008 he became a member of the EMEA strategic executive team. Then in 2010 with the newly created Southern Europe Region, his role expanded to regional managing director of Italy and Iberia. In 2014 Scabbio become president of Assolavoro, the Italian Association of Private Employment Agencies. Scabbio established LincMagazine, a ManpowerGroup newsletter that focuses on the economy and labour market in Italy and is the author of a variety of books, including Genesis reform: the new labour market.

Rosario Rasizza is CEO of Openjobmetis, which he launched (as Openjob) in 2000 to take advantage of the rapidly developing staffing market and was rebranded in 2012 following the acquisition of Metis.In 2003, he embarked on a rapid expansion scheme through a series of acquisitions. Rasizza was awarded the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic in 2008 and was nominated president of Assosomm, an association representing employment agencies in Italy, in 2013. He founded Globalservice in the early 1990s and in 1997, with the introduction of new legislation regulating temporary agencies in Italy, Rasizza opened the first temporary staffing agency in Varese.OpenjobMetis is the fifth largest staffing firm in Italy according to a Staffing Industry analysts largest staffing firm report in Italy.

Maria Raffaella Caprioglio is president of Umana SpA, the fifth-largest staffing firm in Italy with more than 130 branches throughout Italy. She joined Umana in 1998, and in 2001 joined Umana’s board of directors. Caprioglio became VP in 2007 and president in 2012. Caprioglio’s career took off when, at the age of 23, she joined what was then known as the Industrial Association for the province of Venice, becoming the first woman to hold office within that organisation. Caprioglio is a member of the general council of industrial association Assolombarda Confindustria Milano and is a member of its ICT Group Council and Business Services committee.

Francesco Baroni was named country manager of Gi Group Italia in 2019. In addition to coordinating the activities of Gi Group’s various brands, he leads the strategic development of an integrated value proposition to meet the increasingly complex needs of companies and candidates. He joined Gi Group in 2014 as a business innovation and technology management senior executive. Baroni previously worked for consulting firms and public institutions including at IBM and the Regione Lombardia Government. Adecco was ranked 1st in Staffing Industry Analysts’ Largest Staffing Report in Italy, their revenue accounts for 15% of the Italian market share.

Federico Vione first joined The Adecco Group in 1999 as branch manager and has held a variety of leadership roles since; he was appointed regional head of North America, UK & Ireland, Adecco and Pontoon in April 2017 and has been a member of The Adecco Group Executive Committee since 2009. Other roles include chief sales and innovation officer from October 2015 to March 2017; regional head of Italy, Eastern Europe & India from 2011 to 2015 (including MENA as of 2012); and regional head of Italy and Eastern Europe from October 2009 to August 2011. Vione served as VP of Assolavoro Italy between 2010 and 2012.
