Marco Vittorelli is president of Italian staffing firm Openjobmetis S.p.A. He has held the role since 2011. Vittorelli was vice chairman of the board of Horatius SIM from 2004 to 2012 and has been board director of Compagnie Monegasque de Banque since 2006. He was the founder and chairman of Metis S.p.A. and has held the office of chairman of the board of Openjobmetis S.p.A. since 2011. In 2020, Openjobmetis acquired disability employment agency Jobdisabili and education firm Lyve. In 2021, the group acquired employment agency Quanta Ressources Humaines.

Alessandro Ramazza is chairman of ObiettivoLavoro Group, which includes ObiettivoLavoro, the seventh largest Italian staffing firm in Italy, according to Staffing Industry Analysts research.Before becoming chairman in 2005, he was the HR department director of CMC Group of Ravenna and then at the Rodano consortium of Reggio Emilia. ObiettivoLavoro has more than 500 employees and 104 branches offices, spanning four staffing markets. Ramazza has a degree in business economics and is an executive master of the London Business School.

He was appointed president of Mediterranean, Northern and Eastern Europe for ManpowerGroup in June 2017, responsible for driving innovative solutions, including digital, while leading the company’s largest region. At the end of 2015, Federico Vione was appointed chief sales and innovation officer for Adecco. He originally joined Adecco in 1998 as a temp. In 2001 he became country manager of Ajilon Italy and then Switzerland in 2003. In 2005, Vione was appointed project leader, global account management, and subsequently head of Eastern Europe & Russia. In 2008, he was appointed country manager of Adecco Italy and in 2009 regional head of Italy, Eastern Europe & MENA. In 2011, he assumed responsibility of India & North Africa. Vione has been president and then VP of Assolavoro (Italian Association of Private Employment Agencies) till 2015.

He was the group’s chief sales officer from 2009 to September 2015, when he became regional head of Italy, Eastern Europe and Middle East and North Africa.

Rosario Rasizza, CEO of Openjobmetis SpA, started his career in 1997 when he opened Temporary S.p.A. of Milan in Varese. In 2001, he guided the launch of a new employment agency and contributed toward the creation of Openjob SpA. Between 2003 and 2011, he guided Openjob through a series of acquisitions. In 2008, he was appointed Knight of the Italian Republic as well as chairman of Assosomm, the Italian Association of Employment Agencies, and in 2018 he became Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic. In 2018, Openjobmetis reported revenue of €594.3 million.
