Stefano Colli-Lanzi is founder and CEO of Gi Group. The firm ranks among the globe’s largest staffing providers, operating directly in 28 countries with a partner network in 57 additional countries. Gi Group last year acquired Grafton Recruitment Europe Holding Ltd., a staffing provider in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary; and Marks Sattin, a player in financial services recruitment. Gi Group reported worldwide turnover increased 15% year over year in 2018 to €2.3 billion. Colli-Lanzi is also a professor of business administration at University Cattolica in Milan.

At the end of 2015, Federico Vione was appointed chief sales and innovation officer for Adecco. He originally joined Adecco in 1998 as a temp. In 2001 he became country manager of Ajilon Italy and then Switzerland in 2003. In 2005, Vione was appointed project leader, global account management, and subsequently head of Eastern Europe & Russia. In 2008, he was appointed country manager of Adecco Italy and in 2009 regional head of Italy, Eastern Europe & MENA. In 2011, he assumed responsibility of India & North Africa. Vione has been president and then VP of Assolavoro (Italian Association of Private Employment Agencies) till 2015.

Rosario Rasizza, CEO of Openjobmetis, started his career in 1997 when he opened his first agency in Varese under the Temporary S.p.A. brand of Milan. In 2001, he was asked by a group of entrepreneurs to guide the launch of a new employment agency, which saw the birth of Openjob S.p.A. With his guidance, Openjob S.p.A. developed quickly between 2003 and 2011 due to various acquisitions, the most recent in March 2011 (Metis). In 2008, he was appointed Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica Italiana (Order of Merit of the Republic) as well as chairman of Assosomm (National Association of Employment Agencies).

Riccardo Barberis joined ManpowerGroup in 1998 and was appointed as regional president, Northern Europe, in May 2021. Barberis oversees all of ManpowerGroup’s brands and offerings across Northern Europe including Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions. He reports directly to Chairman and CEO Jonas Prising and is on ManpowerGroup’s executive leadership team. Prior to this role, Barberis was country manager for ManpowerGroup Italy. Barberis, who speaks five languages, has been a board member of Junior Achievement and VP of Assolavoro, the Italian staffing industry association. He also has served as president of ManpowerGroup’s Human Age Institute.

Alessandro Ramazza is chairman of Obiettivo Lavoro Group, which includes Obiettivo Lavoro, the seventh-largest Italian staffing firm in Italy, as per Staffing Industry Analysts’ largest staffing firms in Italy report. Before becoming chairman in 2005, he was the director of HR for CMC Group of Ravenna. Obiettivo Lavoro has more than 500 employees and 104 branch offices, spanning four staffing markets. Ramazza is an executive master of the London Business School.

Maria Raffaella Caprioglio is president of Umana SpA, the fifth-largest staffing firm in Italy with more than 130 branches throughout Italy. She joined Umana in 1998, and in 2001 joined Umana’s board of directors. Caprioglio became VP in 2007 and president in 2012. Caprioglio’s career took off when, at the age of 23, she joined what was then known as the Industrial Association for the province of Venice, becoming the first woman to hold office within that organisation. Caprioglio is a member of the general council of industrial association Assolombarda Confindustria Milano and is a member of its ICT Group Council and Business Services committee.

Rosario Rasizza, CEO of Openjobmetis, started his career in 1997 when he opened Temporary S.p.A. of Milan in Varese. In 2001, he guided the launch of a new employment agency and contributed toward the creation of Openjob S.p.A. Between 2003 and 2011, he helped Openjob rapidly grow by means of a series of acquisitions. In 2008, he was appointed Knight of the Italian Republic as well as chairman of the Italian Association of Employment Agencies.

In December 2015, CRIBIS D&B awarded Rating 1 to Openjobmetis, recognising the company at the highest level of economic and financial reliability — and in 2017, it further upgraded the rating, awarding it the title of CRIBIS Prime Company.

Sergio Picarelli is The Adecco Group’s regional head of North America, UK & Ireland Professional Staffing and is responsible for global oversight of Lee Hecht Harrison, General Assembly, Badenoch+Clark, Spring Professional and Pontoon. He was previously regional head of Italy, Eastern Europe and MENA for the Adecco Group since October 2015 and has been a member of its executive committee since 2009. Picarelli first joined Adecco in 1993, holding several leadership positions before becoming country manager of Adecco Italy & Switzerland from 2005 to 2009 (Switzerland until the end of 2008). He was the group’s chief sales officer from 2009 to September 2015.
