Timo Lehne became CEO of SThree, a global STEM-specialist talent partner, in 2022. The 16-year SThree veteran previously led the company’s DACH region, growing it to account for 33% of the group’s revenue. After overseeing a recent brand refresh, Lehne has ambitious plans to grow the business, enhancing the candidate and client experience by developing digital infrastructure. The company is also helping tackle global challenges, including climate change, by promoting specialist skills and implementing new green technologies. Highly accomplished, Lehne is a member of Apsco Germany and the World Economic Council, and he is a founding member of the German Freelance Association.
