Roland Gomez is CEO of the French staffing group Proman, which he founded in 1990. The family run company is the fifth-largest staffing firm in France and the largest privately held staffing firm operating in the French market. A rare feature for a top player in the staffing industry, the Gomez family are the sole shareholders of the company. In the last five years, the company achieved an average revenue growth rate between 15% and 20%. Prior to founding Proman, Gomez trained as an industrial steelworker, and later worked as a branch manager for an engineering services firm. Gomez recently passed the baton to his son Roland as managing director.

At the end of 2015, Federico Vione was appointed chief sales and innovation officer for Adecco. He originally joined Adecco in 1998 as a temp. In 2001 he became country manager of Ajilon Italy and then Switzerland in 2003. In 2005, Vione was appointed project leader, global account management, and subsequently head of Eastern Europe & Russia. In 2008, he was appointed country manager of Adecco Italy and in 2009 regional head of Italy, Eastern Europe & MENA. In 2011, he assumed responsibility of India & North Africa. Vione has been president and then VP of Assolavoro (Italian Association of Private Employment Agencies) till 2015.

He began his career at Randstad as a consultant in the Netherlands in 1991. Various management positions followed until 2004, when he was promoted to managing director of Randstad Poland. After moving back to the Netherlands in 2007, he became director of operations. In 2009, Heutink was appointed managing director of Randstad Netherlands. Heutink was appointed to Randstad’s executive board in 2014.

CEO of the Impellam Group, Julia Robertson, began her recruitment career in 1979. She founded her own recruitment business, The Agency, in 1986. In 1996, Robertson assumed leadership of Tate, which she sold, alongside The Agency, to Carlisle Staffing Services in 2000. Robertson then held several leadership roles for brands within the Carlisle group, including SRG, Tate and Carlisle Managed Solutions. Following the merger of Carlisle Staffing Services and the Corporate Services Group in 2008, Robertson became divisional CEO of Impellam UK and was appointed group CEO of Impellam Group in 2013. Robertson was chief executive of the Institute of Employment Consultants, which later merged with the Federation of Recruitment and Employment Services to form REC, from 1993 to 1996.

In 1972, he founded the Reed Business School and in 1995, he launched reed.co.uk, one of the leading job sites in the U.K. He also has launched various charities, including Womankind Worldwide, Ethiopiaid and the Big Give. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and was awarded the institute’s outstanding contribution to business performance award. He has written several books and was knighted in 2011 for services to business and charity. Reed is the sixth-largest staffing firm in the U.K. and was floated in 1971.

Lewis advises on commercial, regulatory and workplace tax aspects of engaging and supplying contingent workforces in the UK and internationally.
