Matthew Rodger in January 2018 took over as chief growth officer of Alexander Mann Solutions, a London-based provider of RPO and MSP services. He joined AMS in 2001 as sales director and most recently was chief commercial officer. Rodger now leads all M&A activity; new customers sales; all new-to-market products or services; and business development of the firm’s existing customer set, both geographically and by service. Under Rodger’s watch, the company last year secured three of its largest and most complex contingent workforce solutions program contracts: two with UK financial services institutions as well as a seven year contract to provide 14,000 contingent workers to about 80 different UK government departments.
