François Roux has been general manager of the French staffing association (Prism’emploi) since 2001. In this role, he represents the interests of the staffing industry, lobbying government and negotiating with social partners and French institutions. In 2013, Roux led the talks with trade unions that resulted in the creation of a form of indefinite duration contract for temporary agency workers. In 2016, the association will be in the spotlight again as a new labour bill is underway.

Jäger graduated from the University of Konstanz as an economist.

Bernard Zen-Ruffinenis is president, Europe, Middle East and Africa, for Korn Ferry, which he joined in 2009. From 2000 to 2009, he was the Swiss managing partner for Heidrick & Struggles and European head of the board and CEO practice. Previously, he served as president and CEO of DHL/Danzas Latin America, a company belonging to Deutsche Post World Net group. In the 1990s he was a founding member of Precious Woods (PRWN.SW) and more recently he was a founder of Monarca Coffee Wood, two companies dedicated to counteracting the effect of deforestation and global warming. Zen-Ruffinen is the 2013 recipient of the AESC European Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Executive Search Profession.

Julia Robertson’s recruitment career started in 1979 and took off when she founded her own recruitment business, The Agency, in 1986. In 1996, she took the helm of another recruitment firm, Tate, which she sold alongside The Agency in 2000 to Carlisle Staffing Services. Robertson then held several managing director roles within the Carlisle group. Robertson became divisional CEO of Impellam UK and was appointed group chief executive officer of the Impellam Group in April 2013. Robertson served as chief executive of the Institute of Employment Consultants, now known as REC, from 1993 to 1996. Robertson stands for high integrity leadership, delivering on promises and her vision is to build the world’s most trusted staffing company.

Kevin Green is CEO of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the professional body for the UK’s £31.5 billion recruitment industry. Green joined the REC in 2008, having been HR director at Royal Mail, where he was responsible for all people-related issues for the business with its 165,000 employees. The REC is committed to raising recruitment standards and highlighting excellence throughout the industry. It has more than 9,000 individual members within the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP), all of whom must abide by a code of professional practice.

Chris Heutink started his career at Randstad as a consultant in the Netherlands in 1991. Various management positions followed until 2004, when he was promoted to managing director of Randstad Poland. After moving back to the Netherlands in 2007, he became director of operations. In 2009, he was appointed managing director of Randstad Netherlands. Heutink is responsible for all operations in the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and Eastern Europe (Poland, Turkey, Greece, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Hungary), as well as for global client solutions. He was appointed to the executive board in 2014.
