Bernard Zen-Ruffinenis is president, Europe, Middle East and Africa, for Korn Ferry, which he joined in 2009. From 2000 to 2009, he was the Swiss managing partner for Heidrick & Struggles and European head of the board and CEO practice. Previously, he served as president and CEO of DHL/Danzas Latin America, a company belonging to Deutsche Post World Net group. In the 1990s he was a founding member of Precious Woods (PRWN.SW) and more recently he was a founder of Monarca Coffee Wood, two companies dedicated to counteracting the effect of deforestation and global warming. Zen-Ruffinen is the 2013 recipient of the AESC European Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Executive Search Profession.

Alan Savage founded the Orion Group in 1987. As a mechanical technician, he worked his way through the engineering ranks. Following a stint as a sales and marketing consultant, he formed the Orion Group to provide personnel to the booming engineering sector. Lefebvre has a strong commitment to entrepreneurship and maximising profit growth, along with expertise in private equity and executive and non-executive board functions. Prior to Grafton Recruitment Group, Lefebvre served for nine years as managing director at Page Group for Russia, Switzerland and Central & Eastern Europe. He previously held key financial roles at Richmond, Gucci, Parisot Group and Valeo.

Claude Guedj has been chairman and CEO of Groupe CRIT since 2002. He founded the company in 1962 and was first appointed to the board in 1969. Guedj is considered a pioneer and innovator in the French staffing industry. Under his management, Groupe CRIT rose to the top five largest staffing firms in France, and top 20 globally. In 2015, Groupe CRIT largely outpaced the French market and boosted its operations in Spain and the United States.

Maciej Witucki became president of the management board of Work Service S.A. in January 2016, having been a member of the supervisory board since 2013. He has extensive professional experience in the area of management of international enterprises and public companies. From 2006-2013, he served as president of Orange Polska (formerly TP), and from 2002-2006 he was a member of the management board, and later president of Lukas Bank. Prior to this, he held management roles at Cetelem  and Cetelem Polska. In July 2015, he became a member of the supervisory board of TVN.

Nicola McQueen has worked in the recruitment industry for 18 years, joining Capita as a recruitment consultant in 1999. By 2010 she was appointed as managing director of Capita Resourcing and has significantly grown the business, launching new services internationally and integrating strategic acquisitions to enhance the existing proposition. In 2016, McQueen was appointed as executive director of the workplace services division, which includes all HR and recruitment businesses and responsibility for the Recruiting Partnering Project, Capita’s partnership with the Ministry of Defense to recruit into the British Army. At 36, McQueen is also the youngest person to be appointed to Capita’s executive management board.

Rosario Rasizza, CEO of Openjobmetis, started his career in 1997 when he opened his first agency in Varese under the Temporary S.p.A. brand of Milan. In 2001, he was asked by a group of entrepreneurs to guide the launch of a new employment agency, which saw the birth of Openjob S.p.A. With his guidance, Openjob S.p.A. developed quickly between 2003 and 2011 due to various acquisitions, the most recent in March 2011 (Metis). In 2008, he was appointed Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica Italiana (Order of Merit of the Republic) as well as chairman of Assosomm (National Association of Employment Agencies).

Steve Ingham is CEO of PageGroup, one of the largest staffing firms globally. PageGroup has won awards worldwide as a great place to work, was rewarded for Best Diversity Initiative at the CIPD People Management Awards in 2014 and recognised as the Most Socially Engaged Recruiter 2015 by LinkedIn. Ingham joined the company in 1987, when it was still known as Michael Page, as a consultant. He was promoted to operating director in 1990 and then to the board as executive director of UK operations in 2001. He became managing director of UK operations in 2005 and was appointed chief executive officer in 2006.
