Francesco Baroni was named country manager of Gi Group Italia in 2019. Baroni previously worked for consulting firms and public institutions including at IBM and the Regione Lombardia Government. Swain has more than 30 years’ recruitment experience, including time as managing director of Learning Curve and UK sales director at Computer People. Swain is a global commentator on professional recruitment trends and a regular speaker at UK and international recruitment conferences.

Accent Jobs was founded in 1995 and provides temp-to-perm services with one of the largest specialised branch networks in Belgium. The House of HR operates six specialised HR companies: Accent Jobs (temp-to-perm), Just Work (payrolling), Home Maid, Logi-Technic (outsourcing), Bekaert Technics (secondment) and Peak6 (HR consultancy). Under Caille’s leadership, the company gained market share in Belgium and the Netherlands, and developed operations in France, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland and Romania. Caille has also served as global CEO of Adecco from 2002 to 2006.

Samuel Tual in January 2019 became president of France-based temporary employment firm Actual Leader Group, which was established in 2018 after the merger of two temporary employment firms: Groupe Actual and Leader Intérim. Tual had been president of Groupe Actual, a privately held staffing firm in the French market that he co-founded with his father in 2001 when they merged their respective staffing firms. Actual Leader Group in July 2019 acquired a majority stake of Dutch HR services firm Flexfactory (later rebranded Flexfamily). In October 2019, Tual was elected president of MEDEF Pays de la Loire; he was formerly president of MEDEF Mayenne.
