Leen Geirnaerdt has been CFO and a board member of the Dutch group USG People since 2010. Prior to that, Geirnaerdt held various senior management positions within the Group, including that of general manager of USG People Belgium’s shared service center transactions and support. She previously acted as corporate controller at Solvus N.V until the firm was acquired by USG People.

James Reed is chairman of the Reed Global group of companies, which was founded by Reed’s father, Sir Alec Reed, in 1960. The company has 3,300 permanent employees working across 417 business units in 158 locations worldwide. James Reed is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and was formerly an associate of the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit and a member of the Institute for Public Policy Research’s business-led taskforce on race equality and diversity in the private sector. Dinette Koolhaas joined Kelly Services in 2008 and was named VP and head of operations for Kelly’s EMEA operations in 2013. In 2017, she became VP and managing director for Kelly Services in EMEA. In her role, she provides strategic direction with a focus on life science, FEE (perm placement), project resourcing and local specialties. Through education and experience, Koolhaas consistently informs clients and talent about the importance of adapting to the way technology has revolutionised how exceptional talent is acquired, developed and retained. She is a member of the board of directors of PersolKelly APAC, a joint venture between Kelly Services and Persol Holdings Co. Ltd.
Sergey Salikov is CEO of ANCOR Holding, one of the largest recruitment and staffing services companies in Russia and the CIS countries. Salikov joined ANCOR in 1994 and was appointed the director of ANCOR Far-East regional office in Vladivostok the following year. In this new role, he successfully formed the Eastern division and added Irkutsk and Khabarovsk offices to the ANCOR network.
Since moving to Moscow in 2004, Salikov has held a number of senior positions and was also appointed to the management board. Under his leadership, the company has increased its client base, diversified and extended its product line, and become nationally recognised.
Thibault Lefebvre is CEO of Grafton Recruitment Group, managing operations performance and organisation of the Grafton Recruitment staffing and SpenglerFox executive brands. He is a senior executive with many years’ experience in the general management of midsize to large organisations, in finance and in business operations. Lefebvre has a strong commitment to entrepreneurship and maximising profit growth, along with expertise in private equity and executive and non-executive board functions. Prior to Grafton Recruitment Group, Lefebvre served for nine years as managing director at Page Group for Russia, Switzerland and Central & Eastern Europe. He previously held key financial roles at Richmond, Gucci, Parisot Group and Valeo.
Valerie Beaulieu joined The Adecco Group as chief sales and marketing officer and member of the executive committee in November 2020. Before joining The Adecco Group, Beaulieu was chief marketing officer for Microsoft US, leading the marketing function across the region’s B2B portfolio. Her career at Microsoft spanned 23 years, where she held various senior leadership roles across North America, Asia and Europe. Since January 2015, Beaulieu has been VP of the French Foreign Trade Advisors, a voluntary position through which she promotes France’s economic presence around the world. She has also volunteered as a business mentor for nonprofits and foundations.
Lord Michael Ashcroft was appointed nonexecutive chairman of Impellam Group plc in 2014. A long-time conservative party supporter, he served as deputy chairman from 2005 to 2010; he stepped down from the House of Lords in 2015 to focus on other areas of his work. He is also founder and chairman of trustees of both Crimestoppers and the Ashcroft Technology Academy. In 2016, he was made Knight Grand Cross of The Imperial Order of The Holy Trinity (Ethiopia) and a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society. In 2017, he was made a Senior Fellow of the International Strategic Studies Association.
Rika Coppens has been CEO of House of HR since 2017. She joined the board of directors of House of HR in May 2016 and until the beginning of 2017 was active as CEO of EFR Group, a retailer that operates fuel stations and convenience stores in France and the Benelux countries. With turnover of €1.8 billion, House of HR is one of the largest European staffing and recruitment companies. It originated from Accent Jobs and is the holding company for nine operational companies representing 38 brands, all active in specialised staffing, engineering and consulting. The company has a very strong emphasis on digital innovation and entrepreneurship, two things in which Coppens plays a pioneering role.
