Geraldine King is CEO of the National Recruitment Federation, which establishes and maintains standards and codes of practice for the recruitment industry in Ireland. She has focused on expanding the NRF’s services and has introduced the accredited certificate in recruitment practice to the Irish recruitment industry — the only certificate for recruiters in Ireland. Believing the recruitment industry should be viewed as a profession and have a full academic career path, King has been instrumental in development of the world’s first undergraduate three-year degree apprenticeship programme for recruiters; in partnership with the National College of Ireland, it launched in September 2020.

CEO since January 2022, Lorna Conn has driven Irish talent solutions company Cpl through its next phase of expansion. Under her leadership, Cpl acquired the German IT contracting company Neusta. Most recently, Conn and her team attained the Gold Investors in Diversity EDI mark, making Cpl the first talent solutions provider and one of only nine organisations in Ireland to achieve this accreditation. Conn plans to further internationalise Cpl with a strong focus on the US, UK and Germany. Conn is also senior managing executive officer of Cpl’s parent company, Outsourcing Inc., and a nonexecutive board director of Bord na Móna.

With this type of growth and locations in seven countries, Blavet looks to take Freelance.com’s mission to initiate, animate, simplify and secure relationships to new heights. In addition to chairman, he holds numerous positions in corporate boards.

Sebastian Lazay is president of the Federal Employers’ Association of Staffing Services (BAP). He was elected unanimously by the board last year. Lazay is managing director of Extra-Personalservice GmbH, Hamburg, and has been closely involved with temporary work for more than 20 years. He has been VP of the BAP since 2011. He is also deputy negotiator of the tariff commission of the BAP and a member of the Bargaining Association (VGZ), participating in collective bargaining for temporary employment. Lazay serves on the executive committee of the BGA, the Federal Association of Wholesale, Foreign Trade, Services, and since 2015 he has been VP of large-scale services for the BGA.

Volker Enkerts is the president of the Federal Employers’ Association of Staffing Services (BAP). In 1992, Enkerts was elected as a board member of the German Association of Private Employment (BZA), and progressed to its presidency in 2004. The BZA and the Employers’ Association of Medium-Sized Personnel Services (AMP) merged in 2010/2011 to form BAP, and he was elected president following the successful merger. Enkerts is also a board member of the Confederation of German Employers’ Associations (BDA). Furthermore, Enkerts is CEO of the statutory accident insurance institution, VBG, and runs Hamburg-based FLEX-TIME GmbH as owner and managing director.

Isabelle Eynaud-Chevalier became general manager of Prism’emploi, the French association of employment agencies, in 2018 and in September was elected to the board of the World Employment Confederation. Under her leadership, Prism’emploi has taken up the issue of health security during the ongoing Covid-19 crisis by distributing recommendations to support companies using temporary workers and the temporary workers themselves. Eynaud-Chevalier began her career with the Ministry of Labour and Employment in 1991 and has more than 25 years of experience in the field of employment, HR management and vocational training.
