Krister Widström is group CEO of Dedicare, a role he has held since 2017. He is also a board member of several of Dedicare’s subsidiaries. He has previously worked at Swedish staffing firm Poolia. As group CEO of Dedicare, Widström is in charge of realising Dedicare’s vision to become one of Europe’s leading recruitment and staffing providers in healthcare, life science and social work. This year, Widström oversaw the development of Dedicare’s life sciences operations with the acquisition of H&P Search & Interim AB. The group’s integration of H&P Search & Interim AB is already paying off with strong revenue growth in the group’s second quarter earnings boosted by the acquisition.

He received the Albert E. Suter Award for Exceptional Leadership in 2014.

During his tenure at Saba, the company became a leading provider of human capital development and management solutions to the European financial services industry. Before Saba, Lindmark held sales and business development positions at Infinity Learning Systems as well as OpenText and its affiliates.

Jan Bengtsson is president and CEO of Swedish staffing firm Pion Group (formerly known as Poolia). He was appointed to his current role following the 2018 merger of Poolia with Uniflex, which he led as CEO. Recently, the group acquired SaaS recruitment platform Workspace Recruit, which Pion offers to its clients so they have a GDPR-compliant system when they recruit without external help. Pion also recently launched a tech consultancy firm, Qrios. Bengtsson plans to grow the company as well as all the people involved including clients, contingent talent and internal employees. Bengtsson is also a board member of the Swedish staffing employer organisation Kompetensföretagen.

Lindmark, who joined SAP Fieldglass more than a decade ago, has more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development and account management in human capital development and management. He regularly speaks at industry events on how businesses can use cloud technology to gain agility and visibility to maximise the results they realise from their external workforce, including non-payroll workers and service providers. He holds a law degree from Uppsala University in Sweden.

Before joining the company, Prising worked for Electrolux, a Swedish multinational. Prising also serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement Worldwide and speaks five languages: English, French, German, Swedish and Italian.
