Matthew Rodger joined global talent solutions provider AMS in 2001. In his role as chief growth and commercial officer, he manages the organisation’s global marketing, sales and commercial teams and serves as a member of the board. In 2022, Rodger led AMS through several acquisitions, including long-term Indian partner FlexAbility, Canadian RPO provider HirePower and US-based talent advisory firm CnL Advisory. These integrations have resulted in robust revenue growth for AMS across an expanded global footprint. Rodger is a passionate social mobility advocate, serving as the executive sponsor for AMS’ strategy and activities in this space.

Isabelle Eynaud-Chevalier became general manager of Prism’emploi, the French association of employment agencies, in 2018 and in September was elected to the board of the World Employment Confederation. Under her leadership, Prism’emploi has taken up the issue of health security during the ongoing Covid-19 crisis by distributing recommendations to support companies using temporary workers and the temporary workers themselves. Eynaud-Chevalier began her career with the Ministry of Labour and Employment in 1991 and has more than 25 years of experience in the field of employment, HR management and vocational training.

As managing director EMEA and ANZ for Hays, the sixth-largest staffing firm in the world with global revenue of €6.5 billion, Nigel Heap is responsible for 14 of the 33 countries in the organisation. In 2012, Heap was appointed UK & Ireland managing director, and in 2017 he was appointed managing director of a further 12 countries in the EMEA region. Over the following 15 years, as managing director of Hays in Australia, he oversaw a tenfold increase in revenue and expanded into New Zealand. He was further appointed managing director of APAC in 2005, leading Hays’ expansion into Asia.

Prior to this, Forbes was group managing director at Rullion, one of the largest recruitment companies in the UK. A 25-year veteran of the industry, she thrives on ensuring that the recruitment industry stands inclusive and diverse. Forbes is an active member of the Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative and is also on the leadership team of Ambitious about Autism.

David Leigh is CEO of AMS, a London-based provider of RPO, MSP and other talent services. Leigh joined the firm in 2019 from Study Group, where he served as CEO and then executive chair. Leigh’s other experience includes serving as CEO of SHL, a provider of talent assessment solutions. He is only the second CEO in the history of AMS, succeeding company founder Rosaleen Blair. In the past year, AMS launched its TalentLabs solution aimed at upskilling clients’ technology capabilities. The company also continued its global expansion, opening new offices in Wuhan, China; Barcelona, Spain; and Budapest, Hungary.

Under Andringa’s leadership, Brunel in December 2021 acquired Taylor Hopkinson, the global leader in renewable energy recruitment solutions. Andringa plans to further accelerate Brunel’s pro table growth development and drive a balanced ESG agenda, including better diversity in succession planning to foster equity in all levels of the organisation. His most recent position prior to Brunel was president, Northern Europe, of ManpowerGroup; he previously held management positions at Randstad. Andringa is also a member of the supervisory board of EW Facility Services.

Anne Heraty has been CEO of Cpl Resources plc since founding the company in 1989. Ireland’s largest recruitment company now counts 22 brands and 48 offices in several countries. Revenue for the last six months of 2018 increased 9% year over year to €278.6 million and gross profit increased 15% to €46.4 million. Heraty last year helped launch Open Doors, a group focused on increasing access to the labour market for marginalised groups. Cpl Resources last year was named one of the best large workplaces in Ireland at the Great Place to Work awards for the fifth consecutive year and won the Best Company Social Responsibility Award at the 2018 NRF Awards.
