Isabelle Eynaud-Chevalier became general manager of Prism’emploi, the French association of employment agencies, in 2018 and in September was elected to the board of the World Employment Confederation. Under her leadership, Prism’emploi has taken up the issue of health security during the ongoing Covid-19 crisis by distributing recommendations to support companies using temporary workers and the temporary workers themselves. Eynaud-Chevalier began her career with the Ministry of Labour and Employment in 1991 and has more than 25 years of experience in the field of employment, HR management and vocational training.

Leigh’s other experience includes serving as CEO of SHL, a provider of talent assessment solutions. He is only the second CEO in the history of AMS, succeeding company founder Rosaleen Blair. In the past year, AMS launched its TalentLabs solution aimed at upskilling clients’ technology capabilities. The company also continued its global expansion, opening new offices in Wuhan, China; Barcelona, Spain; and Budapest, Hungary.

His most recent position prior to Brunel was president, Northern Europe, of ManpowerGroup; he previously held management positions at Randstad. Andringa is also a member of the supervisory board of EW Facility Services.

Heraty last year helped launch Open Doors, a group focused on increasing access to the labour market for marginalised groups. Cpl Resources last year was named one of the best large workplaces in Ireland at the Great Place to Work awards for the fifth consecutive year and won the Best Company Social Responsibility Award at the 2018 NRF Awards.
