Following a degree in computer science, White began her career in technology, holding CIO and IT leadership positions at Schlumberger and NTL (which became Virgin Media). Since 2002, White has combined a passion for technology with a career in recruitment and talent in various leadership roles, most recently as CEO in the UK and Ireland for Gi Group before joining Harvey Nash in February. White believes deeply in the power of people and creating a sustainable culture where people can thrive.

Jean-Philippe Papin is general director of France-based Actual Leader Group, the seventh-largest staffing firm in France. The company was formed in 2018 from the merger of temporary employment firms Groupe Actual and Leader Intérim, the latter of which he founded in 1992. Under Papin’s leadership, Actual Leader Group earlier this year signed an agreement with Pôle Emploi, the French government unemployment agency, to pool resources, help resolve recruitment difficulties and facilitate training in order to transform jobs and skills to support the most vulnerable groups.

RSS Global CEO Rebecca Watson first began her career in staffing at the Corporate Services Group in 1998, which merged with Carlisle Group in 2008 to become Impellam Group plc. In March, Twenty20 Capital, in a deal with Impellam, acquired companies managed by Watson — Blue Arrow, Medacs, Tate, Global Medics, Career Teachers and Chadwick Nott. Today, Watson oversees these companies, now known as RSS Global, as part of the Twenty20 Capital portfolio of companies. Watson’s plan is for the companies to continue to grow and prosper under its new investors and create more opportunities for clients, candidates and employees.

François Roux has been general manager of the French staffing association, Prism’emploi, since 2001. In this role, he represents the interests of the staffing industry, lobbying government and negotiating with social partners and French institutions. In 2013, Roux led the talks with trade unions that resulted in the creation of a form of indefinite duration contract for temporary agency workers. In 2017, the association will be in the spotlight again as a new labour bill is underway.

Since he was appointed as COO in October 2018, business turnover is up 39% and profit is up 131%. Adair facilitated Morson International’s partnership with the Girls’ Network and the launch of its Salford division. He’s also involved with Northern Power Women, an organisation that promotes equality in the workplace.

As a leader, Green focused on driving digital transformation and growth with disciplined execution. He previously served as president of ManpowerGroup’s North America and APME operations. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, speaks fluent Japanese and is a director of the Japan Staffing Service Association. Green retired from ManpowerGroup in August.

Following a stint as a sales and marketing consultant, he formed Orion Group in 1987 to provide personnel to the booming engineering sector. Based in Inverness, Orion Group employs 375 staff across its 57 offices worldwide and manages more than 4,000 contractors annually throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. The award-winning group now operates across a number of industry sectors: oil and gas, nuclear, rail, office and commercial, renewables, IT, mining, construction, and the sciences. Savage is a former chairman of Inverness Caledonian Thistle Football Club.
