Appointed president of The Adecco Group in January 2021, Christophe Catoir is responsible for Adecco’s business globally, overseeing the group’s workforce solutions operations (general staffing). He is also a member of the group’s executive committee. Catoir was elected to the board of the Global Apprenticeship Network in April 2021; he served as president of GAN in France from 2017 to the end of 2020. Prior to his current role, Catoir was regional head of France and Northern Europe and has held a number of leadership roles across France.

Thibault Lefebvre is CEO of Grafton Recruitment Group, managing operations performance and organisation of the Grafton Recruitment staffing and SpenglerFox executive brands. He is a senior executive with many years’ experience in the general management of midsize to large organisations, in finance and in business operations. Lefebvre has a strong commitment to entrepreneurship and maximising profit growth, along with expertise in private equity and executive and non-executive board functions. Prior to Grafton Recruitment Group, Lefebvre served for nine years as managing director at Page Group for Russia, Switzerland and Central & Eastern Europe. Albert Ellis is CEO of Staffline, which supplies approximately 40,000 staff per day to around 450 client sites across industries such as agriculture, supermarkets, drinks, driving, food processing, logistics and manufacturing. With extensive experience in developing successful growth strategies, Ellis joined the group as the non-executive director and attained his current position in October 2020. He previously served as CEO of recruitment firm Harvey Nash Group before its sale in 2018 and has held senior finance roles at Hays plc. Ellis is a popular speaker at news programmes and is a trustee and advisor to Asia House.

Chris Heutink started his career at Randstad as a consultant in the Netherlands in 1991. He would go on to hold various management positions and in 2004 he was promoted to managing director of Randstad Poland. After moving back to the Netherlands in 2007, he became director of operations. In 2009, he was appointed managing director of Randstad Netherlands. Heutink is responsible for all operations in the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and Eastern Europe (Poland, Turkey, Greece, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary), as well as for global client solutions. He was appointed to the executive board in 2014.
Nigel Heap is regional managing director at Hays, responsible for the UK, Ireland, EMEA and Australia/New Zealand businesses. He joined Hays UK in 1988 as a trainee consultant. By 1997, he was managing director of Hays Australia, and subsequently expanded operations to New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia. Heap became managing director of Asia Pacific in 2006 and has been UK & Ireland managing director and chairman of the Asia Pacific business since 2012. In 2017, he assumed responsibility for 11 countries in Europe and the Middle East as well as the UK. In July 2018, Heap appointed a new managing director for Hays’ UK and Ireland business, but he retains responsibility for that region as well as EMEA and Australia/New Zealand businesses on the Hays management board.
