Annemarie Muntz is president of the World Employment Confederation, the voice of the employment industry at the global level, representing labour-market enablers in 50 countries and seven of the largest international workforce solutions companies. She chaired its European counterpart, WEC-Europe, from 2005 to 2018. She is an influential lobbyist in the international arena representing the interests of the employment and recruitment industry at large. In addition to her role at WEC, Muntz is managing director of global public affairs for Randstad. She is cochair of the B20 Employment & Education Taskforce, coordinates the IBA Global Employment Institute’s Advisory Board and sits on the board of CSR Europe.

Dr. Christian Speidel is chairman and CEO of 7S Group GmbH, a Germany-based firm that ranks on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest global staffing firms. Speidel has also served as managing director of 7S Group since 1997. Prior to 7S, Speidel was chairman at RöderZelt systeme und Service AG from 1994 to 1996, and was managing director of Wilh. Ispert AG & Co. KG from 1987 to 1994. 7S Group was acquired by ManpowerGroup in June and Speidel will be actively involved in the integration of business operations. At press time, the acquisition was expected to be completed by September.

Robert von Wülfing started his professional career in 2000 at Amadeus FiRe, where he initially worked as investor relations manager and assistant to the CFO. Between 2003 and 2007, von Wülfing worked as a senior consultant at Greenwell Gleeson GmbH, a subsidiary of Amadeus FiRe AG. After a short period of freelance work as an interim finance manager and in a leadership role pharmaceutical company Nycomed, von Wülfing returned to Amadeus FiRe AG as CFO; he was appointed CEO in 2019 and chairman of the management board in November 2020. He oversaw full year revenue 2021 growth with increases in the personnel services and training divisions.

Mikael Lindmark is SVP, EMEA region, at Fieldglass and is responsible for overall operations across Europe. Lindmark played a prominent role in making Fieldglass a major VMS provider in the region. Prior to joining Fieldglass, Mikael served as VP of EMEA sales at Saba Software. During his tenure at Saba, the company became a leading provider of human capital development and management solutions to the European financial services industry. Prior to Saba, Lindmark held sales and business development positions at Infinity Learning Systems as well as OpenText and its affiliates.

Tim Briant joined Impellam Group, a £2.26 billion UK-based staffing firm, in October 2019 as CFO and joined the board in February 2020. A chartered accountant, Briant has nearly 15 years’ recruitment industry experience. Most recently, he was CFO of Airswift and spent more than 10 years with Adecco prior to that, ultimately serving as CFO of Adecco UK and Ireland. He joined Adecco via its 2009 acquisition of Spring Group, where he served as group financial controller and company secretary. Briant played a key role in the acquisition as well as Adecco’s acquisition and integration of Penna plc.

Stefano Colli-Lanzi is chief executive officer of Gi Group, an Italian staffing firm that operates directly or through partnerships in more than 30 countries worldwide. He has extensive professional and managerial experience and established Gi Group in 1998. The company is ranked the eighth-largest staffing firm in Europe by Staffing Industry Analysts. Colli-Lanzi is also vice chairman of Assolavoro and professor of business economics at the Milan Catholic University.

Hans Leentjes has been president, Northern Europe and executive VP at ManpowerGroup since 2011. When he joined ManpowerGroup as manager of the Netherlands in 2005, he brought 15 years of employment services experience gained at Randstad. In 2008, he successfully finalized the acquisition of Vitae, a specialty engineering and finance firm with revenues in excess of €74 million.

Albert Ellis is CEO of the Harvey Nash Group, which had revenue of nearly £700 million in its most recent fiscal year. Ellis was originally appointed to the board in 2000 as chief financial officer and then CEO in 2005. In 1998 he joined Harvey Nash from Hays plc. Prior to that he worked in the accounting and auditing profession after qualifying as a chartered accountant. He is also on the board of Asia House and is an advisor at London City University’s Cass Business School masters in information leadership course.

As HR director, he led training, career management and HR development from 2006 to 2010. Denoy was appointed HR and services managing director of Manpower France in 2011 and managing director in 2012. Denoy holds master’s degrees in administrative and strategic management and human resources.

Lorna Conn was promoted to CEO of Irish recruitment firm Cpl in January 2022. Prior to this, she was deputy CEO and CFO as well as a board director. Recently, Conn headed the group’s ongoing acquisition of German IT contracting company neusta. The deal, signed on 22 June and subject to antitrust clearance, will see Cpl continue its ambitious expansion plans in Europe. Conn plans to further internationalise Cpl and broaden its existing geographic footprint for its valued clients. The group plans to focus on the US, UK and Germany. Conn is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a qualified chartered director.
